Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with chemistry-related coursework.
• 1 year of college lab studies and 2 years of lab experience or 4 years in a food/pharma manufacturing environment.
• Science related associate or bachelor’s degree with required math and lab exposure.

Responsibilities

• Test raw ingredients, in-process, and finished product per procedures.
• Maintain GMP/GLP practices and training documentation.
• Provide timely feedback to chemists, lead chemist, and supervisor.
• Identify and troubleshoot minor testing problems and report out-of-spec results.
• Ensure compliance with specifications and quality guidelines.
