Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of college lab studies and 2 years of laboratory experience OR 4 years experience in a food or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Science-related Associates Degree with at least 1 year of college lab studies and 1 year of laboratory experience OR 2 years in a related manufacturing environment.
• Science-related Bachelor’s Degree with at least 1 year of college lab studies and 1 year of college mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Test raw ingredients, in-process materials, and finished product per quality procedures.
• Maintain GMP and GLP practices and document training.
• Provide timely feedback to supervising chemists and maintain relationship with other departments.
• Identify and report out-of-spec conditions and assist with minor problem solving.
