Job summary

Alleima USA LLC is seeking a Quality Professional / Laboratory Analyst for the Tube Americas unit in Clarks Summit, PA. The role entails performing laboratory testing, material evaluation and quality verification to ensure stainless steel products meet specifications and customer requirements.

You will coordinate mechanical, metallurgical and dimensional tests, maintain records, and support investigations of nonconformances.

Qualifications

Experience in stainless steel or specialty metals manufacturing.
Experience with mechanical testing and metallography.
Familiarity with stainless steel specifications (ASTM A213/A269/A312 or similar).
Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality-management systems.
Experience supporting corrective-action and root-cause investigations.
Experience with regulated industries (nuclear, aerospace, medical, chemical processing, or pressure equipment).
Familiarity with SPC and MSA.

Responsibilities

Supports the Quality organization by performing laboratory testing and material evaluation.
Coordinates mechanical, metallurgical, dimensional and other laboratory testing.
Evaluates results against customer, industry and internal requirements.
Maintains accurate laboratory records and assists investigations of nonconformances.
Collaborates with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Technical Services, and Operations to meet specifications.
