Job summary

Alleima USA LLC is seeking a Quality Professional / Laboratory Analyst in Clarks Summit, PA. You will support the quality organization with laboratory testing, material evaluation, and technical analysis for stainless steel products.

You will coordinate mechanical, metallurgical, and dimensional testing, evaluate results to meet customer and internal specs, and assist investigations of nonconformances while partnering with Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Materials Science, Metallurgical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Quality or Chemistry.
• Experience in stainless steel manufacturing or specialty metals.
• Experience with mechanical testing and metallography.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality-management systems.
• Experience supporting corrective-action and root-cause investigations.
• Experience with regulated industries (nuclear, aerospace, medical, chemical processing, or pressure equipment).
• Familiarity with SPC and MSA.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing, material evaluation, quality verification, and technical analysis.
• Coordinate mechanical, metallurgical, dimensional testing and maintain accurate records.
• Support investigations of product and process nonconformances.
• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Technical Services, and Operations to ensure specifications and customer requirements are met.
