Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a regulated industry.
• Prior laboratory experience desirable.
• American Society of Quality certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform product testing in the Complaint Laboratory.
• Coordinate complaint investigation files with manufacturing.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and GLP requirements.

Skills

Basic knowledge of medical device regulation

Good laboratory skills

Excellent communication skills

Proficiency with MS Excel

Ability to manage multiple tasks
