Job summary

Voyant Beauty, LLC is seeking a Quality Lab Technician in Gainesville, Georgia. The Technician will support manufacturing operations through in-process and finished product testing, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

This role involves collaborating with various departments to address quality concerns and maintain product integrity, while enforcing cGMP compliance.

Candidates must have a high school diploma and preferably 1-3 years of related experience in a manufacturing or laboratory environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a manufacturing or laboratory environment preferred.
• 1-3 years exposure to quality testing methods preferred.
• 1-3 years working within cGMP or regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing on bulk and finished goods to ensure compliance.
• Prepare dye solutions and provide formulation specifications.
• Evaluate samples against specifications and determine acceptability.
• Generate Certificates of Analysis for bulk products prior to shipment.
• Retest bulk products as needed and update status.
• Write and manage Nonconformance Reports for raw materials.
• Maintain lab standards and ensure proper documentation.
• Enforce cGMP compliance within the lab and manufacturing environment.
• Assist in training team members and promoting a team-oriented environment.
