W.S. Badger Company in New Hampshire seeks an Investigations Coordinator to support the Quality Unit. You will own and manage the complaint lifecycle, assist with deviations, CAPA, and OOS investigations, and back up QA operations. The role collaborates across QA, Operations, and QC to ensure timely, compliant records and regulatory readiness.

Experience in regulated environments, strong documentation skills, and proficiency with QMS/ERP systems are required. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of quality assurance or regulated environment experience.
• Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, microbiology, or related science.
• Experience with investigations and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the complaint lifecycle from intake to closure.
• Support deviation, non-conformance, OOS, and CAPA investigations with documentation and timelines.
• Back up QA daily functions and assist audits and inspections.
• Collaborate with QA, Operations, QC to identify root causes and CAPAs.
• Prepare annual complaint reports with trend analysis.
