• Experience must be directly related to the job.

Responsibilities

• Keep the complaints database updated with factual information and summarize investigations.
• Review and approve investigations to ensure conciseness and science-based content.
• Follow-up on corrective actions derived from investigations through completion.
• May conduct and document investigations when nature/complexity requires.
• Communicate and escalate complaints; represent site on the product complaint network; issue closure letters to patients and business partners.
