Job summary

W.S. Badger Company, Inc. is seeking an Investigations Coordinator within the Quality Unit to support deviations, OOS events, CAPA, and complaints.

This role ensures investigations are thorough, timely, and compliant with GDP and regulatory expectations. You will partner with QA, Operations, QC, and Customer Service to investigate, document, and close records while supporting annual product reviews and trend analysis.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a Quality Assurance or related role in a regulated environment preferred
• Experience supporting investigations through evidence gathering and clear documentation
• Familiarity with GDP and quality/compliance principles; ability to learn site procedures
• Experience using electronic systems for quality event tracking and reporting (e.g., QMS, ERP) preferred

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the complaint lifecycle from intake to closure
• Support investigations with documentation, timelines, and timely closure
• Assist deviations, non-conformances, OOS, and CAPA investigations
• Document results clearly following GDP requirements
• Back up QA core daily functions as needed
• Support audits and regulatory requests with records and responses
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, QC, and other departments
