Project HOME is seeking a part-time Quality Assurance Agent to support HOMEBooks, our social enterprise program. You will help ensure books are accurately represented online, verify inventory, and respond to customer inquiries while building valuable workforce skills in a mission-driven environment.

This role combines data entry, administrative support, and inventory management at the Christopher J. Seward Residence in Philadelphia.

Qualifications

• Must be a current or former Project HOME resident.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Experience working with inventory, data entry, or administrative tasks preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure books are accurately listed and described.
• Verify inventory information between online databases and physical inventory.
• Identify and report discrepancies or inconsistencies.
• Help maintain accurate records and inventory systems.
• Upload new books and inventory into online systems.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock rotation.
• Organize inventory to ensure efficient storage and retrieval.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Escalate issues or concerns to management when appropriate.
