Job summary

ID Logistics US in White Haven, PA seeks a detail-oriented quality records associate to maintain SOPs, write reports, and support audit readiness across the distribution center.

You will update training matrices, ensure documentation complies with QC standards, and assist in safety and compliance while using SAP, Swiss Log, PKMS, and Manhattan systems. This is a full-time, on-site role offering benefits and steady schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Two years related experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and email apps.
• Ability to write reports and manuals and present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Audit preparedness and documentation accuracy.
• Maintains Records and Written Procedures for Quality Systems.
• Updates training matrices for all associates.
• Ensures SOPs are current and compliant with QC standards.
• Investigates inventory discrepancies and supports corrective actions.
• Supports safety compliance and communicates nonconformities.
• Knowledge of SAP, Swiss Log, PKMS, Manhattan systems.
