Qualifications

• Knowledge of quality systems, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and/or TPS is preferred.
• Candidates must have a high school diploma and be actively enrolled in Engineering, Quality Management, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Supporting quality and continuous improvement initiatives
• Project definition, scoping, and development of documented project plans
• Applying Lean, Six Sigma, and Toyota Production System methodologies
• Performing daily and weekly quality data checks
• Collecting and entering data from manufacturing processes and equipment
• Analyzing, charting, and reporting quality data
• Identifying trends and opportunities for process and quality improvements
• Supporting problem‑solving and troubleshooting activities
• Creating documents, drawings, training materials, and other resources
• Collaborating with Quality and other team members to support project objectives
