3-Dimensional Services Group is seeking an Entry Level Quality Coordinator for a 90-day internship in Michigan. You will assist the quality department with data entry and inspection across production stages, learning to identify defects and document findings.

Training will be provided to perform in-process checks and support quality duties. The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and safety, with opportunities to gain hands-on experience in data tracking and problem identification.

Responsibilities

• Enter data using Microsoft Excel and organize records for entry.
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry processes.
• Create and maintain logs for tracking activities and findings.
• Review and update data in systems and logs.
• Identify and report discrepancies in data received.
• Perform hourly in-process inspections using gauges and visual checks.
• Notify supervisor when non-conforming parts are detected.
• Quarantine nonconforming parts with proper labeling and handling.
• Assist with additional Quality department duties as assigned.

Summary The Entry Level Quality Coordinator assists quality department with reviews and inspection of parts throughout production stages and completes data entry of findings. This is a 90-day internship position. Candidates will be provided the necessary training for this position.

Responsibilities

• Enter variety of data using Microsoft excel.
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
• Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes.
• Review and enter data updates in the systems.
• Review discrepancies in data received.
• Perform hourly in-process inspections for all running jobs using gauges, scales and visual inspection to identify product defects.
• Notify floor supervisor/plant manager immediately when non-conforming parts are detected.
• Quarantine nonconforming parts physically with proper identification and labeling.
• Support additional Quality department duties as assigned.
