Job summary

ADDMAN Engineering LLC is seeking a Quality Inspector to verify molded parts against a predefined quality plan. You will read blueprints, maintain testing records, and ensure the installation process meets safety and quality standards in a manufacturing setting.

You will identify non-conforming products, prepare reports for management, monitor operator adherence, and communicate status across shifts. The role requires attention to detail, basic SPC knowledge, and the ability to work with others

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience as quality inspector or in a similar role.
• Ability to read and understand control charts.
• Knowledge of inspection and measuring equipment and techniques.
• Detail-oriented with a results-driven approach.
• Good verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and instructions to comprehend the quality expectations for the product and supplies
• Maintain records of testing, information
• Inspect procedures of the entire installation process to ensure they are efficient and comply with safety standards
• Prepare and submit reports to the appropriate manager
• Using basic measuring tools
• Adhere to SS Guidelines
• Monitor machine operator adherence to written instructions
• Identify and alert designated personnel to non-conforming product
• Ensure customer requirements meet specifications according to predetermined control plans
• Monitor production parts for visual defects
• Generate a production lot sheet at every shift detailing the production run
• Communicate with prior and subsequent shifts regarding the status of current production jobs
• Required to complete Quality Concern Sheets upon detecting any visual or dimensional defects
• Understand and interpret SPC Data, including control limits and charts
• Utilize six-sigma quality tools, when appropriate, to define, measure, analyze, improve and control processes and outcomes.
• Responsible to maintain & support processes, procedures & a.k.p.i.’s owned by your position.
• Review of all procedures related to your job per “HR LG 01 Training Matrix”
• Completion within time stated of all training required by Job Description in “HR LG 01 Training Matrix”
• Perform other duties as assigned.
