Job summary

Primary Services is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to drive site-level quality initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will ensure products meet specifications, support ISO 9001 compliance, and lead root-cause and corrective actions while partnering with Engineering and Production on cross-functional quality improvements.

Responsibilities include maintaining the Quality Management System, applying SPC, reviewing docs, and guiding Quality Inspectors.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional quality engineering experience.
  • Hands-on ISO 9001 experience required.
  • Experience with SPC and quality methods.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Manufacturing/oil & gas experience preferred.
  • Experience with RCCA/CAPA methodologies.
  • US work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the site Quality Management System and ISO 9001 compliance.
  • Lead RCCA/CAPA activities and corrective actions.
  • Apply SPC to monitor processes and identify improvements.
  • Analyze quality data to detect defects and prevent recurrence.
  • Review engineering specs, procedures, and test docs.
  • Ensure products meet specs and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with Engineering/Production on quality initiatives.
  • Guide Quality Inspectors and oversee inspections and records.
  • Support internal quality audits and ISO certification activities.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance quality performance.
