Job summary

Corning Incorporated seeks a meticulous Quality Control & Assurance Specialist to join its photovoltaic module manufacturing team. You will conduct inspections, analyze data, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and compliance with ISO9001 and customer requirements.

The role requires a diploma or higher in Engineering or Quality Management, at least 2 years in QC/QA, and proficiency with SPC, FMEA, MSA, and MES tools. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of quality control/assurance experience.
• Experience in solar or electronics manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections of materials, processes, and finished products per quality standards.
• Monitor production to identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct quality testing (EL, IV, appearance) for photovoltaic modules.
• Assist with ISO9001 audits and customer-specific certifications.
• Document findings and drive continuous improvement projects.
• Provide quality training to production teams and update documentation.
