Job summary

Staffmark in Chatsworth, CA is seeking a Quality Inspector to help keep production lines running smoothly. You will inspect, test, and approve parts to meet quality standards, with attention to detail and adherence to cGMP practices.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of quality control experience.
• Experience in cosmetic process manufacturing or FDA-regulated industry preferred.
• Maintain clean, sanitary, organized work area per cGMP/SOP.
• Strong English communication (speaking, reading, writing).
• Proficient with MS Office; advanced Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify product to be produced and complete required forms.
• Issue product codes, Line ID tags, fill weights.
• Perform and document in-process inspections according to required frequency.
• Verify BOM components and equipment sanitization tags.
• Report quality problems to Quality management and follow up on corrective actions.
• Collect samples for microbiological testing and retention.
• Accept or reject finished goods.
