Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a Quality Inspector for our Foothill Ranch, CA facility. In this role you will conduct sample evaluations, inspect incoming shipments, and maintain quality records to ensure products meet specifications.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in manufacturing or quality environments, experience with calipers, micrometers, and reading drawings, and a strong attention to detail. This position offers a consistent day schedule and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Technical or quality-related training is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing/quality/industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sample evaluations and product inspections.
• Inspect incoming shipments for quality and specification compliance.
• Generate defective material reports and corrective action documentation.
• Inspect reworked and assembled parts to ensure conformance to quality standards.
• Create and maintain product inspection plans.
• Perform product testing and document results.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments to verify product specifications.
• Operate visual measurement equipment when applicable.
• Move and stage materials for inspection, including occasional forklift operation.
• Maintain accurate quality records and inspection documentation.
