Staffmark Group in Jersey Village, TX is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join a first shift team. You’ll inspect parts for precision, use micrometers, gauges, and calipers, and ensure every unit meets specifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Hands-on experience in a production or quality setting.
• Experience using micrometers, gauges, and calipers is a plus.
• Knowledge of accessories used on various machines (tool holders, cutting tools, boring bars, fixtures, inserts) preferred.
• Eye for accuracy and care in every step.
• Knowledgeable in shipping management and MS Office.
• Excellent math skills.
• Physically able to stand, move, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong work ethic and a crew-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, interpret, summarize, and present data.
• Review data obtained for compliance with specifications and report abnormalities.
• Complete and maintain appropriate documentation to support testing procedures.
• Calibrate and maintain equipment according to maintenance schedules.
