Job summary

Valence Surface Technologies in West Springfield, MA, is seeking a technician to work in a shop environment around hazardous chemicals, paints and solvents. You will navigate the Valence on-line system for QWI's, QAP's and other documents, perform routine tasks per OJT, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

You will also manage inventories and equipment, process paperwork, follow ROUTER procedures, and handle parts with minimal supervision while avoiding damage to components.

• Maintain and operate inventories, machinery and instruments safely.
• Process paperwork and clerical functions for this job.
• Perform daily, weekly and periodic functions per OJT.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Follow ROUTER procedures and correct input mistakes.
• Process jobs/parts with little supervision.
• Avoid damaging parts and protect them from damage.
