Job summary

Valence Surface Technologies seeks a shop-floor technician to navigate our on-line systems for QWI's, QAP's, specifications and other documents, and to maintain inventories, machinery and instruments safely.

You will follow ITAR compliance, perform daily, weekly and periodic tasks per OJT, handle clerical paperwork, keep a clean and safe work environment, and apply router procedures to correctly fill out inputs. This on-site role offers benefits and a hourly wage between $20 and $24.

Qualifications

• Experience with on-line systems and document control.
• Ability to operate inventories, machinery and instruments safely.
• Attention to clerical tasks and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Navigate Valence on-line system for QWI's, QAP's, Specifications and other documents.
• Maintain and operate inventories, machinery and instruments necessary to safely perform the job function.
• Process all paperwork and department clerical functions efficiently.
• Perform daily, weekly and periodic functions as defined in OJT.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Understand and perform steps defined in the Valence ROUTER, follow procedures for filling out routers and correcting input mistakes.
• Process job/parts with little or no supervision.
• Practice behavior to avoid damage to parts and protect them from damage.
