Job summary

Innova Solutions is hiring a Quality Inspector for a full-time contract role in Sterling, VA. The inspector will perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections on manufactured hardware and components, using precision measuring tools and adhering to quality documentation.

The ideal candidate will read blueprints and electrical schematics, operate inspection software, and verify work orders for accuracy. Occasional travel (about 5%) to customer sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. GED) or vocational/technical education with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience reading blueprints and electrical schematics is preferred.
• Proficiency with measurement tools and basic inspection software is expected.

Responsibilities

• Inspect units using measuring instruments (micrometers, gauges, calipers) with proper techniques.
• Read, interpret and apply quality policies, procedures and blueprints.
• Perform receiving, in-process, final inspections of hardware and components.
