Job summary

Talent Masters Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support quality and operations in our Minnesota facility. You will help with PPAP, update work procedures, and ensure accurate documentation.

The role requires strong communication, punctuality, and the ability to handle customer interactions, follow policies, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Microsoft Office, reading/writing English, and solid numerical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include an associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• 3-5 years of related/relevant experience preferred.
• Good computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software programs.
• Solid mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Good reading/writing English and strong interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Complete Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).
• Assist in revision of work procedures and instructions.
• Communicate via voice, email and internet chat.
• Follow established departmental policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
