Talent Masters Staffing seeks a detail-oriented professional to support production and quality processes, including PPAP and procedures revision. The role involves multi-channel communication and adherence to departmental policies, with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.

Candidates should have an associate degree or equivalent and 3–5 years of related experience, along with strong English reading/writing, math skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Formación

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school.
• 3-5 years of related/relevant experience to position preferred.
• Self-motivated, organized and punctual with the ability to work in face paced environment.
• Able to manage difficult customer situations and respond promptly to customer needs.
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Good computer skills including experience and ability to quickly learn new software programs.
• Solid mathematical skills and attentive to detail.
• Good interpersonal skills including ability to read and write English.
• Microsoft Applications: Outlook, Access, Word, Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Complete Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).
• Assist in revision of work procedures and instructions.
• Communicate via various channels such as voice, email and internet chat.
• Follow established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
