Job summary

Albright Silicone, a division of EPTAM Precision, seeks a Quality Inspector for Plastic Injection and LSR molding on 2nd shift in Leominster, MA. You will monitor, measure, test, and record data to ensure products meet customer specifications.

You will use gauges, vision systems, and other inspection equipment, follow process sheets, and work with production to resolve quality issues for compliant products.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma, equivalent or trade school graduate.
• Experience: 2 years of experience within a Quality related environment.
• Must possess good written and verbal communication skills with internal and external customers.
• Basic knowledge of equipment.
• Basic ability to read prints and use measuring equipment along with basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, measure, test, and record data to determine if product meets customer specifications.
• Inspect incoming, start-up, in-process, and final products to ensure compliance with specs.
• Resolve quality discrepancies with production and ensure acceptable product.
• Follow specifications and procedures for manufacturing and documentation.
