Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and inspection procedures; use precision devices
• Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure quality
• Verify locations, parallelism, height, angles and shapes with calipers, micrometers
• Conduct process and product audits and suggest improvements
• Prepare inspection reports noting nonconformances and rework
• Review production issues linked to tooling or materials
• Communicate findings to supervisors and engineers
• Support MTI culture focusing on cost, quality, schedules, and people
• Adhere to AS9100 and other quality standards
