Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in quality inspection.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Quality Inspector to join our team. The Quality Inspector is responsible for:

  • Providing testing and inspection support to Supply Technologies branches.
  • Recording technical information, including dimensional, mechanical, and performance testing data.
  • Providing technical support to internal customers, including reviewing drawings and specifications with interpretations.
  • Supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, such as creating customer sample submissions (PPAP, FAI, ISIR, etc.).
  • Maintaining and calibrating inspection and testing equipment.
Must Haves:
  • Knowledge of PPAP and SPC charts.
  • Understanding of drawings, including GD&T and dimensional layouts.
  • Proficiency with metrology methods and inspection equipment.
  • Knowledge of gage calibration.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 standards.
  • Professional appearance and manner.
  • Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Two-year degree in a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience, with at least three years of relevant experience.
