Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a Quality Technician in Mooresville, NC to test, inspect, and analyze products, ensuring they meet specifications and regulatory standards. You will document results and support continuous improvement across the operation.

The role supports 1st or 2nd shift in a clean, climate-controlled facility. You will use calipers, micrometers, and other gauges, maintain 5S standards, and collaborate with staff to resolve quality issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in inspection, quality control, or quality assurance in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to perform accurate visual inspections and identify defects or irregularities.
• Proficiency in using gauging instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other measurement gauges.

Responsibilities

• Test products and services, analyze results, and make clear recommendations for quality improvements.
• Ensure all products and services meet defined specifications and quality standards.
• Run and monitor inspection equipment to record, interpret, and analyze quality data.
• Adhere to 5S standards and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Follow all Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedures.
