Lake Air Products, a growing contract manufacturer in New Hope, MN, is seeking a Weekend Shift Quality Inspector. The role focuses on first-piece and in-process inspections, ensuring adherence to ISO and quality systems, and supporting production teams.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years of quality inspection experience, GD&T knowledge, and an AA degree or equivalent training. Preferred certifications include ASQ, ISO 9001, and Lean/Six Sigma.

Qualifications

• 3 years of quality inspection experience required.
• AA degree or equivalent training preferred.
• ASQ Certification, ISO 9001 Certification, and Lean/Six Sigma certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of GD&T and inspection methods.

Responsabilités

• Perform all 1st-piece inspections as required.
• Support and follow all Quality processes.
• Comply with ISO & quality system requirements.
• Perform all Incoming and in-process inspections as directed.
• Assist production and less experienced inspectors with IP inspections.
• Track defect data and participate in corrective actions.

We are currently seeking aWeekend Shift Quality Inspector to join our growing location inNew Hope, MN. The Quality Inspector is a point of contact for employees who have questions regarding non-conformity parts, material, and tool calibration.

Responsibilities

• Perform all 1stpiece inspections as required
• Support and follow all Quality processes
• Comply with ISO & quality system requirements
• Perform all In-Coming and in-process inspections as directed
• Assist production & less experienced inspectors with IP inspections
• Track defect data and participate in corrective actions

Qualifications

• Ability to use Height Gages and standard bench measuring equipment
• Knowledge of GD&T
• Knowledge of Inspections and quality control methods
• 3 Years of Quality Inspection experience required.
• AA Degree or equivalent training is preferred
• Preferred certificates, License or Registration in ASQ Certification, ISO 9001 Certification, Project Management, and Lean/Six Sigma
