Lake Air Products is seeking a 1st shift Quality Inspector in Vadnais Heights, MN. You will inspect components and assemblies for defects, perform variable and attribute inspections, and support the production team to meet quality and delivery goals.

The role requires GD&T knowledge, measurement equipment skills, and 3 years of QA inspection experience. AA degree or equivalent training is preferred; certifications in ASQ/ISO 9001, PMP or Lean/Six Sigma are viewed positively.

Formación

• 3 years of quality inspection experience required.
• Knowledge of GD&T and inspection methods.
• Ability to use height gauges and standard bench measuring equipment.
• AA Degree or equivalent training preferred.
• Preferred ASQ/ISO 9001, project management, lean/six sigma certifications would be a plus.

• Support and follow all quality processes.
• Comply with ISO and quality system requirements.
• Perform all incoming and in-process inspections as directed.

Position Summary

The Quality Inspector is required to inspect individual components and various assemblies for defects and any deviations from customer specifications. Variable and attribute inspections will be performed. Perform other production tasks as required. The Quality Inspector supports the production department and to achieve the quality and delivery goals of the company.
