Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Quality Inspector to support filling, pouching, and packing lines and, if assigned, the plastics department.

You’ll verify equipment, check batch signage, and ensure print legibility, seal integrity, and overall product quality. You will train colleagues, participate in continuous improvements, and document results in POMS, while applying cGMP and 6S principles on the production floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Minimum of 6 months on a production floor or in quality control.
• Proficiency with measurement tools (Caliper, Micrometer, Ruler) and MS Office.
• Able to read and understand safety and quality instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform line checks and verify filling/packaging equipment settings.
• Collect samples, verify container and print, and check for leakage.
• Inspect packaging equipment performance and verify batch information.
• Train and guide other Quality Inspectors and participate in process improvements.
