Elite Comfort Solutions, a Leggett & Platt Company, is seeking a Quality Inspector to ensure products meet customer specifications and quality plans in a manufacturing setting.

The role requires lean manufacturing experience, meticulous attention to detail, and reliable attendance. You will participate in 6S and safety initiatives, perform timely quality checks, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Lean Manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to maintain accurate, thorough quality checks.
• Punctual and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Participate in 6S/Safety Committee and document minutes and action items.
• Monitor and measure product compliance to customer requirements; ensure timely duties.
• Communicate the quality policy to all people at the facility.
• Ensure that timely quality checks are performed per our quality plans.
• Make recommendations to correct problems that could hinder machine performance, reduce output, or affect quality.
• Control further processing, delivery or installation of non-conforming product until corrected.
• Verify the implementation of solutions.
• Conform to all Quality/Safety requirements and procedures.
• Keep a clean and orderly workplace.
• Participate in the Continual Improvement Process for manufacturing and business processes.
• Waste reduction training and awareness
