Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a quality inspector to ensure parts meet specifications during production and at completion. You will interpret drawings, measure with calipers and gauges, and support lean initiatives. The role requires lifting up to 40 lbs and adherence to safety/environmental rules.

We welcome candidates with 1+ years of quality experience and basic ERP knowledge. Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills are essential for success in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of quality inspection experience.
• Ability to read and interpret standard and metric drawings.
• Basic geometry and algebra understanding.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Familiarity with quality gauges and calibration processes.

Responsibilities

• Understand quality and production within company specifications, goals, and objectives.
• Comply with safety and environmental rules and internal ATI practices.
• Support 6S and lean initiatives.
• Interpret technical drawings to verify parts meet specifications.
• Inspect parts and determine conformance using gauges.
• Complete material certs for shipments.
• Recommend modifications to improve quality within equipment capabilities.
