Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to perform dimensional inspections throughout the manufacturing process and ensure completed products meet customer requirements, specifications, and applicable industry standards. You will document inspection results and collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to identify and resolve quality concerns.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience in quality control, inspection, manufacturing, or fabrication preferred.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
Working knowledge of geometry and trigonometry.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

Promote a safety-first culture and follow safety procedures.
Perform complete dimensional layout inspections of parts and equipment.
Measure dimensions using precision measuring equipment and inspection aids.
Inspect incoming, in-process, and outgoing materials and products.
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to identify variances.
Document inspection results and report quality issues to the QC Manager.
Maintain inspection records and support corrective actions with other departments.
Assist with NDE and other inspection processes as required.
Work with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure compliance.
