Job summary

Accurate Personnel LLC in Lafayette, IN is hiring a Quality Inspector to join our client’s manufacturing team. The role focuses on inspecting parts for defects, ensuring conformance to work instructions and quality standards, and documenting results.

You will perform visual and dimensional checks, sort and rework nonconforming items, and maintain a clean, safe work area on either 1st or 2nd shift. Salary ranges from $16 to $17 per hour, with weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or quality inspection experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 35 lbs throughout the shift.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing or quality inspection.
• Familiarity with measuring tools such as calipers or gauges is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

This individual will be responsible for inspecting parts and products for defects, damage, or non-conformities. Pay, Schedule and Location

• Ranging from $16 – $17/hour, paid weekly
