Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher.
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs.
• Must be able to read Spec Sheet and Artwork.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Two or more years in distribution or manufacturing environment.
• WMS and E1 experience would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-bound inspections (including returns) and first shipment inspection.
• Record and enter inspection results to support QA.
• Perform Cubiscan verification & correction.
• Issue PRs and CARs for non-conforming items or damages.
• Prepare and issue Quality Alerts.
• Monitor quality hold items and participate in weekly disposition reviews.
• Measure with calipers and micrometers as required.
• Ensure calibration of gauges and equipment.
• Maintain records electronically and on paper.
• Assist in root cause analysis and QA procedure development.
• Cross-train in case of QA staff absence.
• Support health and safety program.
