Experience with sampling techniques and measuring equipment

Ability to read assembly drawings

General computer knowledge, including MS Excel

Job Description

1. Perform FIRST ARTICLE inspections for all level boards and record results.
2. Perform INCOMING inspections for all level boards and components and record results.
3. Perform FINAL inspections of completed assemblies in accordance with procedures and requirements and record results.
4. Ensure accuracy of test equipment by checking against standards.
5. Review and sign company certifications as required.
6. Check returned/rejected material for status.
7. Perform random checks of in-process jobs as necessary.
8. Maintain process efficiency and department yields and accuracy.
9. Maintain quality records related to all inspection activities.
10. Follow instructions with great care and precision.

Skills Required

• Experience with sampling techniques and measuring equipment.
