Job summary

Quality Associate I – Receiving Inspection at CFS Brands LLC inspects incoming materials and products to ensure they meet specifications. You will document results, report nonconformities, and coordinate actions with suppliers and internal teams.

The role supports continuous improvement and may require handling cycles, performance, and validation tests, with a focus on accurate quality records and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of Quality Assurance or Quality Control experience preferred.
• Warehouse or distribution center experience required.
• Experience with Blue Yonder or other inventory management systems preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, products, and returned goods for compliance with specifications and blueprints.
• Perform dimensional, visual, and functional inspections and document results.
• Identify and report nonconforming materials; coordinate corrective actions with suppliers, Production, and Supply Chain.
• Support customer complaint investigations through product inspections and documentation.
• Conduct cycle, performance, and validation testing as directed.
• Assist with supplier products audits and new product evaluations.
• Maintain accurate quality records and prepare routine reports.
• Rework, kit, and sort inventory lots as needed.
• Apply statistical process control methods when appropriate.
• Support Distribution Center operations and other quality initiatives as needed.
