Job summary

The role requires at least a high school diploma and 1+ year QA or QC in a warehouse setting, with proficiency in basic computer use and close attention to detail. Forklift experience is a plus, and lifting up to 50 pounds is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Quality Assurance or Quality Control experience preferred.
• Warehouse or distribution center experience required.
• Experience with inventory systems (Blue Yonder or similar) preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, products, and returns for specs.
• Document results from dimensional, visual, and functional inspections.
• Report nonconformities and coordinate corrective actions with suppliers and teams.
• Support customer complaint investigations with inspections and records.
• Conduct cycle, performance, and validation testing as directed.
• Assist with supplier audits and new product evaluations.
• Maintain quality records and prepare routine reports.
• Rework, kit, and sort inventory as needed.
• Apply statistical process control where appropriate.
• Support DC operations and other quality initiatives.
