Stored Energy Concepts is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Associate I to join our Quality Control team. This role inspects incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.

Ideal candidates have experience using precision measuring equipment and a strong attention to detail, with a commitment to safety and accuracy across production areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years in quality inspection or 2 years as an assembler/production associate.
• Basic understanding of quality control and manufacturing processes.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and computer proficiency.
• Ability to pass an ATF background check.
• Training and career development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and measurements on incoming, in-process, and finished products.
• Document inspection results and maintain quality records.
• Verify product rework and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Monitor manufacturing processes and identify quality concerns.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Report production abnormalities or equipment issues.
