Stored Energy Systems (SENS) in Longmont, CO is hiring a Quality Technician I to ensure product and process quality across materials, in-process production, and finished goods. You will perform inspections, audits, and provide quality oversight on the floor, including OOBA and calibration verification.

The role supports continuous improvement in inspection methods and quality systems, with a base hourly wage and an on-site work environment at our Longmont facility.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read/interpret technical drawings, specs, and production docs.
• Understanding of calibration systems, document control, and nonconformance handling.
• Basic shop math including fractions, decimals, and geometric calculations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Aufgaben

• Inspect incoming materials and components against drawings and specs.
• Perform in-process and final inspections, including OOBA on finished goods and packaging.
• Record inspection results and maintain calibration and document-control records.
• Identify nonconformances and support corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Audit production processes for conformance to procedures and quality standards.
