Integra LifeSciences is seeking a QA Inspector to inspect labels, pids, and pouches and to approve packing operations in a FDA-regulated environment. You will collect samples, perform measurements with calipers, micrometers, and other gauges, and document results in quality control records.

You will verify drawings and specifications, follow GMP and Quality Manual procedures, and participate in spot audits to help production meet goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in a similar FDA-regulated manufacturing role preferred.
• Ability to read and understand English drawings and documents.
• Knowledge of basic math and measurement techniques.
• Familiarity with SPC concepts and inspection methods.

Responsabilités

• Inspect labels, pid's, and pouches to approve packing operations.
• Perform sampling and inspection using gauges and testing instruments; record results.
• Follow GMP and Quality Manual procedures; maintain inspection records and documentation.
• Assist in training new QA Inspectors and support spot audits in manufacturing areas.
