Job summary

Integra LifeSciences is seeking a Quality Inspector I in the United States to visually inspect labels, pouches, and products, record data, and make accept/reject decisions. The role operates on 2nd shift, Monday–Friday, 1:30 pm–10:00 pm, with responsibilities spanning measurements, procedures, and GMP compliance.

The candidate should have a High School diploma and some FDA-regulated manufacturing experience, with proficiency in reading drawings and using inspection tools.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• One year experience in a similar FDA-regulated environment preferred.
• Driver's license for heavy vehicles highly preferred.
• Knowledge of basic math concepts and interpretation of graphs.
• Ability to read drawings and documents in English.
• Experience with testing instruments and manual equipment.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Verifies dimensions, cavity measures, pressure, and other specifications using gauges and instruments.
• Follows quality control criteria to release or reject lots.
• Reads specifications, drawings, and procedures.
• Fills quality control records and maintains documentation.
• Assists in training of new QA Inspectors.
• Maintains GMP/Quality Manual reinforcement and conducts spot audits.
• May be assigned to different workstations.
• Uses forklift or jack pallets for handling material.
• Sets up and performs destructive and non-destructive tests.
• Maintains control documentation and calibration records.
