Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent or related training; no prior quality experience required.
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to clearly and accurately convey ideas in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Collect inspection data as directed by inspectors or supervision.
• Learn from experienced inspectors on the job and through training.
• Learn blueprint reading, GD&T, and platework with supervision.
• Contribute to inspection areas where training is provided.
• Communicate effectively with supervision about problems and training needs.
• Participate in and sustain 5S standards.
• Follow all safety and ISO procedures.
• Maintain regular on-site attendance and punctuality.
• May work in other areas or facilities as needed.
• May work overtime or alternate shifts based on business needs.
