Job summary

Plexus Corp. in Neenah, WI, is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to perform routine and repetitive inspection procedures to ensure product quality across sub-assemblies and HLA level products.

You will apply lot sampling methods or 100% inspection, support root cause activities, and adhere to 5S standards while maintaining documentation and communicating findings to supervisors.

Qualifications

• At least a middle school certificate is required.
• Knowledge of PCBA manufacturing process (SMT, Backend).
• Six months of related experience in manufacturing; one year or more preferred.
• Intermediate electronic manufacturing experience with workmanship standards preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Participate in root cause activities as required.
• Enter standardized information into GSF.
• Supervise work area according to 5S standards.
• Perform routine inspection procedures to ensure quality across production stages.
• Escalate issues to supervisors when needed.
