Sargent Aerospace & Defense seeks an Inspector I to perform incoming and outgoing inspection documentation checks and basic visual inspections. You will verify that paperwork aligns with requirements and assist in corrections while coordinating with production and shipping to stay on schedule.
Required are a high school diploma, 2+ years in manufacturing inspection, and proficiency in Excel/Word/Outlook. U.S. citizenship is required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 2 years in a manufacturing environment with inspection background.
- Experience in an ISO9001/AS9100 setting preferred.
- Proficient with MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
Responsabilités
- Perform incoming/outgoing inspection documentation review.
- Visually inspect articles with basic dimensional checks.
- Verify documentation to ensure contract conformance.
- Coordinate with production/shipping for on-time deliveries.
- Identify and report document errors for corrections.
