Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive visual and dimensional inspections to verify that all parts align with engineering specifications.
• Drive the First Article Inspection (FAI) process to validate production readiness and maintain detailed compliance records.
• Interpret complex engineering blueprints and technical drawings using Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) standards.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis initiatives to troubleshoot defects and implement effective corrective actions.
• Uphold the integrity of our quality management framework by strictly adhering to AS9100 and AS9102 regulatory requirements.
• Utilize advanced metrology equipment, including CMM systems, to deliver precise measurement data.

Required Skills
