Job summary

You will perform incoming and in-process inspections, read drawings, use calipers and gauges, log results, and collaborate with production to prevent defects, with a hybrid work setup and opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; ASQ certification preferred.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing or QA experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret specs.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting non-conformances.

Responsibilities

• Incoming & In‑Process Inspection: check materials and goods during production for defects.
• Dimensional & Functional Testing with calipers, micrometers, gauges to verify size/performance.
• Drawing & Spec Interpretation: read drawings to understand product requirements.
• Defect Identification & Reporting: reject non-conforming items and log results.
• Collaboration & Root‑Cause Analysis: work with teams to solve quality issues.
