Internal Quality Control Technician – West Chester, OH

Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming parts using visual checks and precision tools.
- Verify supplier documentation including CoCs, material certificates, and FAI/CMM data.
- Identify nonconforming material, create NCRs, and ensure containment.
- Apply risk‑based sampling based on part criticality and supplier performance.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to resolve issues and improve processes.

Qualifications
- 2+ years in quality inspection or manufacturing.
- Experience using precision measurement tools.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T basics.
- Experience with nonconformance reporting and quality systems.
- Supplier quality or outsourced manufacturing experience.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, or similar systems.
- FAI, CMM, ERP/MRP, or QMS experience.
Physical Requirements
- Manufacturing and warehouse environment.
- Standing for extended periods; occasional lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Up to 10% travel may be required.
