The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in manufacturing or QA, ability to read blueprints, and comfort using metrology tools. You will contribute to continuous improvement and generate visual tools for operators.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED (ASQ certification preferred).
• 1–2 years of manufacturing or QA experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret drawings.
• Proficient with metrology tools and basic data logging.

Aufgaben

• Incoming and in-process inspection of raw materials, components and goods.
• Dimensional and functional testing using calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.
• Interpret drawings and specifications to ensure product requirements are met.
• Identify defects and document test results in QA tracking systems.
• Collaborate with production, engineering and supervisors to solve quality issues.
• Develop documentation of common errors to prevent reoccurrence.
